Byreburnfoot House is a luxury bed and breakfast which has three very well appointed and individually decorated guest bedrooms, which combine attractive period features with modern comforts.
Each bedroom has a kingsize bed, with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedlinen, flatscreen TV with Freeview, WiFi access, complimentary hospitality tray, and either en-suite facilities or a fully private bathroom equipped with fluffy towels and a range of toiletries.
All the luxury bed and breakfast bedrooms are quietly situated, with pleasant views over the gardens and surrounding countryside, or overlooking the river. The only sounds likely to be heard are birdsong and the sounds of the nearby river Esk. Please be assured that all the bedrooms have central heating and double glazed windows to keep you cosy.
Bedroom 1:
This is a particularly spacious and comfortable suite which overlooks the extensive gardens. This room has the added bonus of having a separate comfortable private seating area with sofa and armchair. The private en-suite bathroom is well appointed.
Bedroom 2:
This large, bright room has a modern and luxurious en-suite shower room. You will enjoy the dual aspect windows (with working shutters) which overlook the river and into the surrounding woodland.
Bedroom 3:
This sunny room has a south facing aspect which overlooks the garden. This room retains the original fireplace and working shutters at the window. A fully private, luxuriously appointed bathroom is situated directly across the hall, and fluffy robes are provided for your comfort.
A comfortable guest sitting room beyond the dining room has French windows to the garden, TV, and a woodburning stove, as well as a broad ranging library and supply of glossy magazines, whether your taste runs to fishing or fashion!
Byreburnfoot House luxury bed and breakfast is set in an acre and a half of mature and well maintained garden, and guests are welcome to explore the grounds or to walk into the woods around the house.
